**According to Colorado Cottage Food laws, I am unable to label anything “gluten free” due to the fact that I make items in my kitchen that contain gluten in addition to gluten friendly options. I omit all ingredients containing gluten in my “gluten friendly” recipes. I do my best to keep ingredients separate and sanitize in between batches to minimize any exposure to gluten.

Payment in full is required in order to reserve your spot on my calendar. If I do not receive your payment at the time of order submission, I cannot guarantee that your order will be able to be completed at the originally requested pickup date. Any order that is placed within 15 days of the pickup/shipping date is considered a rush order and is subject to a 25% rush fee. Rush orders are based on availability and are not always an option, depending on scheduling.

Kate Bakes requires 21 days notice prior to the pickup date for a full refund. If Kate is unable to fulfill your cookie order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances I, of course, will refund you 100%

Kate Bakes ships only within the state of Colorado. Shipping costs generally range between $20-$40 depending on how many cookies you order. Although cookies are meticulously packaged, Kate Bakes cannot guarantee the safe arrival of cookies. Please be aware that cookies are inherently fragile and may be damaged in transit.

Any orders over 3 dozen must be ordered a minimum of 4 weeks before the pickup date and are subject to availability.

Kate Bakes accepts Vemno, Zelle or Paypal.

All final designs must be approved by Kate. Designs are meant to inspire hope, happiness and inclusion. Any design requests that don’t meet that criteria will not be considered.
